The side marker lights all work as do the front signal lights. The real tail lights and brake lights activate the same filament in the 1157 bulb. If I remove the light socket (metal) from the housing and place it on the mat in the trunk the bulb lights in the single filament, but it is not grounded. The pin in the socket for the tail light is dead. I need a wiring diagram for the rear lights on a 1970 Superbird. I found one that I think is from this site but when I printed it none of the pathways showed up and I wanted a copy to take to the car. Any ideas would be appreciated.

do you have a factory service manual? they're pretty handy. if it's something that isn't making sense and you ask a question here, you have a common tool to look at with those who want to help
