Tci 727 gear ratio???

Anybody know what the final gear ratio of a tci super street fighter trans is 3.73 gear in the rear?

All 727's had a 1:1 final ratio.

If you are asking what your effective final ratio is with a 727 and 3.73:1 gears, you will need to measure, and post, the height of your rear tires.

Even then the "true" effective final ratio will depend on RPM and converter slip percentage (which will vary throughout the RPM range and load).

I am trying to select a cam and am just looking 4 all the info I will need to give them to see if the cam I want will be a good selection.

Hey Ben, The cam you had mentioned the other day and the build sounds like a good idea for what you say you want to do with the car. The easy way is to tell who ever is going to do the grind on the cam what you are wanting to do. Tell them the gear, tire size, trans, motor and they will let you know there thoughts. Take time then to decide if that looks like what you want to do. Let me know if you are going to simons friday night. Looks like it will be nice out. Call my cell friday.
