I was overwhelmed by all welcomes and kind words. I need to detail the car and take some good pictures, but here's a few more pics that i have. According to the build sheet the car came out of Utah. My uncle had it painted around 10 years ago. It's a numbers matching car, with a 383 motor and automatic transmission. The mice got into the headliner so I will be needing to get that replaced. The dash also has some cracks in it and I'm trying to decide if I can live with that or not. The gas gauge does not work, so I'm guessing it's a sending unit or ground strap? I'm currently on the hunt for a nice cover. As always the pictures don't do it justice .

Beautiful car. At one time, green cars were all the rage, but that color fell out of favor. Not sure why, but I sure am glad it’s back in style, that Roadrunner just looks so right in that color.

Great car! Take good care of it, but drive it and enjoy it!

When I restored my 70, I found some replacement dash pads really sucked. I found one that looked OK, although still not as nice and crisp edges as the original. If the cracks are not too bad on your dash pad, perhaps just leave it on? If you do decide to replace yours, be sure you have a nice replacement before you start the job. Replacing a dash pad with the dash in the car is not an easy task.
