Known as the Gympie Pyramid, the structure has been connected to the Egyptians, the Chinese and even the South Americans of ancient time. It is made from granite blocks and stands about 100 feet tall.
Speculation holds that the Egyptians arrived at Cape York in about 3,000BC then made their way through Queensland before landing in New South Wales. This theory has been strengthened by the presence of scarabs and coins

One of the most corroborating pieces of evidence is the Gympie ape statue, which, although withered by now, is considered the statue of Egyptian God Thoth.

Hieroglyphs found in the town of Gosford, a short distance from the Gympie Pyramid indicated that there was another pyramid, but its location is still unknown. This further indicates that the Egyptians were responsible for the pyramid, archaeologist Ray Johnson.

Many date the Great Pyramid on the Giza Plateau several tens of thousands of years older than conventional theory has suggested. The Sphinx is an easy one to date to an older era, due to the water marks. The assumption is these structures were existent when the Pharaohs came to power, who claimed they built them. Often a newer civilization will build on top of older foundations. This is evident in the Parthenon in Athens Greece, Baalbak (sp?) in Lebanon, as well as many South & Central American structures. Larger stones are at the base while smaller stones are on top.

You can't carbon date granite, so the best archeologists can do is measure the growth of certain lykens and such (some grow a millimeter every several hundred years). It would be interesting to see how far below the ground surface the pyramid extends. New growth dies and decays creating new top soil. Knowing how deep it is can help put a build date on it. (This is what scientists are trying to do on Easter Island.)

theres no doubt that it was advanced,as we cannot even equal the results today,plus we would be using specialized equipment and take a lonnnng time.
it has also been suggested that the original sphinx was in fact a statue of Enki,or Enli,cant recall which one.
also,considering that these structures are found all Over the world,
along with some of the oldest being found in siberia,
that would suggest that obviously the egyptians werent responsible for their build.
did they reuse and rebuild structures Yes.
did they build them originally?? probably not.

theres a temple where they cut the entire place out of solid rock,and they started at the Top,yet Everything is Perfect measurements from the top to the bottom,every piece is Perfect.
imagine the logistics of doing that today.

one of the most fascinating cases is of the guy down in florida who supposedly figured out the Radio/musical waves that Levitated rock.
he built an entire castle in his yard,Huge blocks and noone ever figured out how.

They were aware of climate change, and if they didn't do anything, humanity was doomed within 100 years.

I have often wondered. And have never heard a very good explanation to one of the most obvious questions? Why a pyramid? Even though it is the strongest 3d geographic structure. It's very poor at optimizing any useful space? If built by an advanced culture? They would certainly understand that even the pyramid will lose to the sands of time? So what's the point? Because it's pointless is why I believe these were not built with any alien to planet Earth instruction/technologies. But by Man. From ancient technology that would be terribly inefficient by today's standards. Thus long forgot. A waist of millions of man hours on stupid ancient beliefs of our mortality. JMO.
