Hey that's my life story.
The short of it is this guy wins a new SRT8 Chally on E-bay for 29K. New car, 250 miles. It's about 10 G's under list from what I understand. The car dealer is backing out of the deal. (or at least trying to.)

Yup. Read about it yesterday, and it's spreading all over the new like wildfire (no surprise there)

Ultimately they (the dealership) will have to sell the car for the winning bid, and the guy who listed it with no reserve may be looking for another job

They Should have to sale it. it's the right thing to do, they have plenty of time to proof read listing and make all corrections before the auction ends.

Not hard to do. I think I probably hold the record on Moparts as I have been banned I believe 4 times. The last two time for a year each.

I always try to be polite but to the point in my posts. I have never broken any rules that I know of on Moparts but typically posted on very controversial subjects that some of the clicke' members don't like to hear the truth about. I never had a warning or explaination as to why I was banned.

I just got back on so we will see how long it lasts this time.

Trying to be a little more PC this time but still speak my mind, after all, these ARE discussion boards.

When banned I had a lot of emails from other members that agreed with the things I said but were afraid to agree publicly on Moparts for fear of suffering the rathe.

I feel the same, I enjoy hearing other peoples opinons, but as Rev said, I don't agree with everything I hear from everyone either, but I still find it interesting to hear them.

6pack, screw the PC crap and let it fly, if someone is wrong, let 'em know it, me included!!! I'm not gunna go home cryin' to mama, neither should anybody else here. Thing is, you don't attack anybody personally, you just state the facts. I for one, am glad you are here, and always take something away from your posts!! :grin:

Not to throw stones, but it did get a little clicky around here a while back too...but it all worked out in the end and now were all like a bunch of Fonzies.. :cool:

On this board, everybody helps each other out, DISCUSSES different matters at hand and gets problems get solved!!! :dancing_monkey:

guh, I just read a few pages on that discussion board... it was so boring! Everyone just repeatedly stated that he should "keep fighting" or "don't let this go". Very few people posted with any sort of legitimate advice. Needless posting to get their post count up? I think so. (that being said, this post of mine is quite needless)
