Great actor. He was in so many tv shows and movies over the years like The Twilight Zone episode "miniature". Just saw him recently in an episode of "The Naked City" called "The One Marked Hot Gives Cold".
I liked him in "Falling Down". Last thing I remember seeing him in was "Sling Blade" where he had a small role as Karl Childers dad.

It's ironic for me by his passing as last night...another nothing worth watching evening...his movie with Kevin Costner, Open Range, was on, so I re-watched it again as it is maybe one of his last ones I have enjoyed. One of his many classics!!! cr8crshr/Bill
