The guy was tough to deal with,and he got $900.00 of my money. I sure hope the Hemi power brake booster I bought from him is good!

I'm having the issue. I called about a hemi brake booster and Laura told me they had some available so I agreed to purchase one. I asked for a tracking number once it ships. A week goes by and no shipping update. I email them and voice my displeasure, get told they were busy at a show for a 3 days. Few more days go by and finally get a shipping update. Same day I get another email of a YouTube link of him taking subtle jabs at a superbee owner not getting his brake booster.

I'm old fashion and believe if your in a customer service oriented business communication is key. A common courtesy of not being able to ship a part until 10 days after the fact deserves a call or email.

a word of caution
he has been called out more then once for shady dealings in the past.

Met him at the Nats one year, and he was as rude as could be.

I had one dealing with ramman and it was a cluster $%#@ to get my money back. Never again.
