These things hold the vacuum hoses to the top of the left fender. What are they called? Part #?

Pictured are plastic attachment points for the vaccum hoses that run from the firewall to the vaccum tomato can and headlight door actuators. They are used to hold the vaccum hoses along the top left fender and the hoses originally were held in place with friction tape. The pictures in the service manual show 3 attachment points (see diagram with attachment points highlighted), but my car only has 2 of these plastic attachment points and just an empty hole behind the battery where the third should be.
The problem is, I want the third one, but I can't find a part number or even a name for them. Even looking through the parts manual for hours, I can't find any reference to them. Does anyone know what it's called or what the part number is?

They are made with and taped into the harness. Some company may make something that will work.

I bough some from Ed at The Mopar Shop. They were in a bag with some other underhood clips.
