Maguey leafs, many many many varietys of maguey plants here in Mexico, we use/use to use, the maguey plants for a lot of things including garments, ropes , this includes the worms that infest the plant, a delicatessen for some, they taste good actually, not only the tequila or the mezcal came from the plant of agave.
Just check about two hour from were I live.
