Just ran across this on Ebay. Goes to show that you really have to read what actually is selling. Can u believe $50.00 plus $11.25 shipping for 1 lug nut????

I've seen ads like that before. Somehow they must use the ad to sell other parts but I don't know how they work it.

I love it when they list one used headlight bulb...but it's from a 71 RR!

My guess is that you contact the seller, ask for the part you need, and after you get info/pics, you "win" the $50 auction and the seller ships you the part you discussed.

Kinda removes any protection offered by the ebay/paypal system.

It's usually done by having a phone agreement first, then the buyer pays the amount and the seller sends what ever the agreed part is. There has to be trust between both parties for it to work. I've seen it before when the seller doesn't want to break the Ebay rules and sell off Ebay. This way, no one else will buy said lugnut and eveyone wins.
