Their EPS is 4.06 so I doubt that's an issue.....
Time to Sick The Cops on UPS

Finally got things resolved! Sure helps to know people at the State's Attorney's Office.
I checked with UPS on Thursday to see what the status was, and got nothing but more of their BS. I called my favorite ASA after seeing UPS trucks out that morning, and he said he would call the UPS Distribution Center and see what was going on. Not 30 minutes went by when I get an email from UPS saying my package will be delivered first thing in the morning. Not by close of business like usual, but first thing and it was delivered at 10:30 Friday morning.
So now I finally have my MP-40 and after that fight I'm feeling like Clint Eastwood up at the Schloß Adler.
