Building this for the Grand Children (adopted) They adopted me, not rally mine,
8X45 TT I have been using it for storage for over 20 years.
Will have a full bath kitchen and bedroom with modified Bunk Bed.
Decorating in MCM Mid Century Modern. Bought most of the furniture locally on Marketplace and coops .
Heat and AC with the new Minisplit.
Full size over under bed at the very front.
Drywall will be all hung by days end.

Bath, closet, and just today set the pole for the outside antenna, waiting till tomorrow for the concrete to set.

It does, I have 13 certifications in the building code industry and past president of BOCA and ICC. International Code Council.
