Tire rod adjusting sleeve conversion

Looking to convert my 67 Bbody stock tie rod to the bigger larger size C body 11/16 set up.
I have heard 67 fury adjusting sleeves but I'm wondering what other model would be the correct replacement for me to do the upgrade
Or if anybody has the correct set and would like to sell please PM me

Talking about brain-dead! I don't know what I was thinking I've bought from them before just never crossed my mind because I was looking for information do you by chance know if the fury one is the proper one to use for this conversion
