WTB Tires and wheel in Arizona

I'm buying a car in Prescott AZ. The tires on the car are dry rotted beyond use. The seller is trying to help, but can't find used tires. I need four wheels and tires to get this 70 Charger rolling to be shipped. Open to anything that close to the car. Please let me know.

I got 'um in Boulder City Nevada. About 2 hours away from Prescott.Free if he comes and gets 'um. Question, does the car have disc brakes ?
