I have a 67 Coronet which was a original 318 car but now has a 440 in it. I have yet to drive it because I tore it all apart to restore it when I bought it so not sure on how it handled.

I changed out the rear leaf springs already and I would like to change the torsion bars out as well while the engine and transmission are out of the car.

I am looking at these

1.03" Torsion Bar - B & E Body

Item #: MRE5249162

They are on the Mancini Racing site for $399. Has anyone installed these on their car and are they any good?

Thanks
Bruce

The 1.03 size is immensely popular for a good reason. It is a vast improvement over the stock torsion bars without being too stiff.

I just ordered 1.06 from firm feel as well as a bunch of other stuff. I would check out their site, they specialize in nothing but suspension for Mopars. Call Matt and leave him a message, also shoot him an email. He is busy but he will get back to you. Especially if you bug him a lot. Matt will help you with what you need. Then come back here and ask opinions. There are people on here who helped me immensely and loved to spend my money.

Their stuff is hand made in house and not Chinese crap. Nothing wrong with Mancini Racing it’s just Firm Feel has been doing this for a long time and they were offering suspension pieces for our cars long before anyone else because they weren’t readily available. Their stuff is tried and proven on the race tracks too.

I have seen a lot of people mention PST in different threads , but I have never been able to find their site. Do they still have a online site?

Thanks
