Trim Ring Identity (factory or aftermarket)?

I would like to know how to distinguish between different trim rings (and specifically which one I have on hand). This one has 48 catches with three "teeth" each and 1 catch with only two "teeth". Measuring diameters with a tape measure, I find 15 1/4 inches on outside and 12 3/4 inches on the inside. I hope it is a factory piece (hardly any signs of rust). Thank you.
