Truck spare tire bracket for 1969 roadrunner.

I am having a heck of a time figuring out how all these bracket places go to gether to hold spare jack and lug wrech in place. Now i see there's suppose to be a hold down spring in their.??Every pic I see and my books shows all this stuff under the spare so u can't see how it stacks up. The only way I know there is a spring in there is that they show it in the parts book. I need some good pics on how all this assembles.help please.
