Just found some at our local fastenal store. They might have your size.Used them for my dash panel. Can't remember the size.

thanks RRman. would they know what size if i tell em they're for a Plymouth finish panel?? lol

ill try to measure the studs with my mic and see what i come up with

get the ones with the rubber in them. im pretty sure you need 1/8" ....maybe 3/16" .

I have a bunch of the pal nut's like you posted Mario. 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" if you need. I can toss them in an evelope and sail them your way if need be. I always use just a small dab of the ribbon tape/sealer (like used on the back window), on the inside head of the nut. Creates a buffer as well as an extra means of securing the nut. I believe your GTX would have used the encased type speed nut back there? I know my '68 Dodge does. Kinds like these?
