Trying to decode 10000 day calendar transmission ID

The number reads PK2464423 121710
Is it the 4423 numbers? If so, it decodes as a 1967 build date...did I do this right?

I have a trans guide that goes back to PK 2466111, which is 1965, so yours may be earlier judging by that number, but I'm no expert on this subject.

4423= sept 6th 1973 but 2312= nov. 26th 1967

My trans has PK followed by 15 digits PK3681057 4087 0916 the date is 4087
