Here are some photos of TTI's exhaust system on a 79 Cordoba 300.This is 2 1/2'' and for the small block. They also have it for the big block. The photos make it look tight but there is plenty of clearance.I like the added kick out for the oil filter to clear. I didn't get headers as this is just a driver.:hello2:

They are the best headers and exhaust in the business. I have a set on my 69 Coronet R/T for the last five years without any problems. I had them on a 1971 Demon 340 that I sold and both times they fit was flawless.

That looks good. I have been considering the TTI 2-1/2 or the Accurate 2-1/4 for my ’76 Fury Sport 400 BB. Are your exhaust manifolds the ball type connection to the head pipe? It looks like that in the picture. The 2-1/2 and H-pipe are the pros to the TTI, but the Accurate exhaust looks good because it looks NOS and they have all the hangers and attachment hard ware like the factory (NOS). May be TTI does also for this year. Did you buy or fab your own hangers etc. or did you get it from TTI? Again your set up looks good so I might try the TTI.

Yes they are the ball type flange. My car was a factory dual exhaust car(see photo before removal)
The TTI's come with all the hangers, bolts and clamps.Even the brackets that bolt to the body for the mufflers and tailpipes.nothing extra was needed

Thanks for posting the additional pics and information. After seeing how nice yours turned out I think I’m going to go with the TTI. If I have this correct the TTI is a 2-1/2” bolt in system that include all the hangers and hard ware and fits like it should and its cheaper than the Accurate 2-1/4”. Plus you have to pay extra for the hangers at Accurate. Seems like a no brainer now.

They also have it in 3'' for both engines.Unless big HP , to me it's a bit of overkill.
Took it out for a ride, sounds good ,, not too loud. Now it makes me want to do more to the car.

I had my 2.5" exhaust made through TTi out of stainless steel from manifold to the tips, you can even have it made in 3".
