No, He disagreed that the forecast as of Monday was bad, so I had to cancel. And that it was the 2nd year in a row. That's what I posted.
I just disagreed with his post for no good reason. Same thing he did to me. I have no control over the weather. I'm glad it cleared out, and people had a nice time. I wish I wasn't forced to make the decision so early in the week.

May need to find a different hotel, we were able to make changes as late as Thursday for check-in Friday! Great weather, the only rain was for less than 5-minutes around 4 on Friday.

We were checking in Thursday, so the Hampton Inn wanted 3 days notice. Shame was that the 2 couples who were going with us cancelled after we did. I don't think I would have any luck changing their minds, or my wife's, on the hotel. They all love it there for various reasons.
