The old Mopar spray paint that had this label were spot on. BUT the new ones are wrong. Almost a cross between the newer 70's blue and the turquoise. And same for the 73 blue ... it is not correct in the NEW can.
I used the Duplicolor on mine as well.

I used the new Mopar brand turquoise, same as coronetman. Im satisfied with the end product. It is nice durable paint. As far as the color, i dont know. I was born in the eighties and didnt grow up looking at engines. But it looks close enough for me.

I used to use VHT engine paint the color was right on and held up great.

I got an old can (last one at a mopar dealer) and it looked correct more green turquoise:icon_thumright:.......then: 2 yrs later I got a newer mopar engine paint and it did not match, it looked more blue.:nono:

just say'n.

Here's a recipe right from Dupont. It's the correct Dupont turquoise paint recipe for MOPAR engines.
