A little chunkier, and facial structure is somewhat different.

Interesting that she can smile now.

That previous pic is about the biggest smile I've seen on her pre- 2000 or so.

We have a girl at work that has the same type of mouth as the young Stevie.
I don't think she is physically capable of smiling, although you can see when she tries.
