Two Fans, One Engine. What, Which?

I haven’t started restoring either one yet, but can anyone:
A) Identify each?
B) Which of the two would be best for my ‘68 383 with a stock 26” radiator?

I personally would use the 7 blade fan as it will move more air.

One is fixed the other clutch driven. I'd use the 7 blade clutch driven.

Okay, I found this in my boxes, and it goes with one of the fans. You would think it goes to the 7 blade fan, right? Other than cleaning it all up and making sure the clutch springs are good, and painting it all, anything else I would need to do?

Yes, I would say the clutch goes with the 7 blade fan.
