I want to install an underhood pad on the stock hood currently on my '65 Coronet. I've seen molded (not die cut) pads for later model Mopars but not for the early B's. In my opinion they look so much better than the diecuts that are so common. Anyone have a molded one on their car that they would share a pic or two? Are they readily available?

Hey mate

Atlas Obsolete Parts has them, but not sure if molded or die cut. http://www.atlaschrys.com/HOOD_PADS.pdf
Sorry if this is a bum steer...

Yeah, no molded pads for the early b's.

Figures. Anybody make nice die cut pads?

Any pictures of a die cut pad installed? Thanks in advance.

I bought one for mine, but cut the center out for the hood scoop, then didnt even use it, wasted my 30 bucks. Check ebay, thats where I got mine, also kramer might have them also.

Got our hood pad for a 63 Sport Fury from REM Automotive and used fasteners from Fastenall.
