Urgent help gear ratio

That's a good gear with a 30" tire. That A833 is counterproductive to your 10sec goal.
 
Yeah I know that's why I fitted tci autobox as more consistent and quicker et but no where as much fun as the 4 speed was so fitting it back in

There is usually a trade off; quicker ets or more fun. To each their own!
A solid built 727 with FULL manual valve body can walk the "gray" area in my opinion.
