Can anyone confirm that the examples in the photos below are the option code V6* “Sports Stripe” (box 20 on broadcast sheet)?

I thought for sure the V6* was the lower 1/4" solid stripe under the molding and the V7* was the pin stripes up top. There were two Hemi RRs at Mecum each with V7* codes and double pin stripes up top, While GTXs all have the V6R or V6W and it refers to the lower solid stripe (in 69)
Can anyone clear this up for certain? Is there something in print somewhere that clarifys this?
Thanks

As your reply is accurate, there is nothing to really 'clear up'. V6* on a GTX is the lower stripe while V6* and V7* are the upper stripes on a RR.

V6* varies by model.
