Value estimate? 1968 RT numbers matching w/ title

New Mexico/ West Texas 1968 RT 440 auto. Supposedly complete with title and fender tag, except for front buckets. Has a repop grill included. Mostly disassembled in boxes. Asking $16k.

My guy instinct is fair market. I’m attempting to get better photos. He says it’s solid except for valence corners.
