was dash pad an option on 64 belvedere?

A heater was the only option my 64 Belvedere came with, but the dash has holes
for a dash pad. I've seen the front, ribbed pads on Sport Furys, so was the pad
an option you had to order or did it come standard on all Belvederes? You can see the
holes in this pic if you look carefully.
