What A/C Controls will Fit?

I am adding an A/C box out of a 94-02 Ram and would like to used more factory looking and fitting controls than the ones out of the truck. B-body controls seem hard to come by, so does anyone know if the 72-up a-body controls will fit in the B-bbody gauge cluster? Any other options? Just wondering because they look very similar.

A lot, and I don't have everything ironed out yet. Once I'm done and have it working I'll post a thread on how it works.

I have quite a few for 71 to 74 b body. Also yes A body is the same as far as I know

Yeah I still need a control. The Ram controls are just too big and not easily modifiable and I just have not had time to work on it with work and the holidays.
