Sorry no numbers , seller has the car at a garage with no access til Monday, day I am driving up with cash and trailer. is it a 413?

is it a 4bbl or 2bbl , is there a flat stamping surface next to the dist ?

No access til I get there Monday. Research shows car came with three options 361,383, and 413 looking for negotiating points as far as engine. never seen a 413 before. I will probably buy regardless as long as the body cancer is minimal. Wifey ok'd the funds and I want a mopar with fins.
