What finish for my front bumper shield??

I'm looking to buy one of these;

So can anyone confirm the finish on this part on a '70 Roadrunner?GTX?
Is is body colour, or black - and matt/semi-gloss or full gloss?
I have never had this part on my car, can only assume that it was tossed years ago for ease of access to the radiator.

To be politically correct it needs to be 30 degree gloss black.
