FOUND What Is This Called? Hook on underside of '69 Charger bucket seat.

Hi Brains Trust,

Can anyone tell me what this hook is called that goes on the underside of a bucket seat? I've got a '69 Charger. Also, if anyone has one lying around that they don't need and would be happy to post to Australia, I would be very appreciative.

I've checked our local large retailers but can't find any with a thread or the correct thickness to modify.
