What material have some of you use for " Hard Board headliner material ?

Tight budget build ! The hard board healiner in my 62 Fury was shot. I'm sure some of you have replaced it with some other material ( when the price is just more than you could spend). So what material worked out for you. It has the be strong enought to not sag, and flexible enough to bend into shape. If I had rolls of $$$$ I would take it to an interior shop , but I don't.
 
Maybe corrugated plastic cardboard like they make signs from. I buy 4'x8' sheets at the local sign shop for use as flanging material when making fiberglass molds for $22 a sheet.

Never tried using it for headliner material, but with a can of 3M 77 spray glue you can attach anything to it.
