As what I can tell my 69 road runner was built on June 13th, but what year would that have been 68 or 69?

1969 as the cut off was early August for the new model year. So in June '68 they were still building '68 cars.

I agree. Our 63 Polara was built in Sept 62 but is an early 63 model.

Could someone remind me where this info can be found (on 69 models)? Is it on the fender tag or just the buildsheet?

Maxie, yes, this should be on the fender tag as well in the form of a 3 digit number if it was before October, or a letter A, B, C, for the last 3 months of the calendar year. The next 2 digits should be the day of the month. If you had C16, that would be December 16th.
