My car is missing the correct front bench seat - trying to figure what years are correct donors? Thanks - jon in Boston.

68-70 B Body. Satellite/Coronet would be your obvious first choice.

thanks -looking on the web but nothing available - will have to be patient

Jon 68 or 69 are correct but jan 1st 1969 headrests were mandated by the government. So you will need to check your build date / options to see what your car had originally. 1970 was a totally different seat with the release up higher on the seat side..

I knew there was something funky about the'70.

Several year B-body will fit, might not be correct but will fit. I am using 65/66ish front bench in my 68 coronet. Covered in correct 68 covers from legendary. The only difference I could find was no tilt release handle on the back... doesn't bother me

There's a 68 bench on ebay right now for $500... they are amazingly hard to come by. I had an easier time finding buckets, which is crazy because I'd imagine there were a lot more bench cars.

edit... amazingly hard to come by for a decent price.
