What's this? Is there two flashers?

Took out the heater box and discovered a rats nest of wiring. I think I unraveled 2 rolls of electrical tape.

I know the one to the left is a flasher relay. What's the one to the right? I'm still unraveling electrical tape so I can't really see where it goes to. This picture is where the ashtray goes. Also, what is the small cylinder thing mounted in the ashtray to the left of the cigarette lighter?

I thought it was the turn signal flasher and then the hazard flasher?

Nope those are both same 'bigger' size.
