I started out with correct steel rims for the 65 Dodge, but I recently switched gears and went with my favorite wheel... Going in to have the jams painted Saturday. Installing a fresh 440/727 and driving the $hit out of this thing!

So what's the question?

I like the steelie your car.

I like your wheel combo , just be careful in the rain with your back tires . I had a set on the rear of my 41 Willys and when it rained I went for a wild ride . They will hydroplane real bad , the wide radial style tires have grooves to push the water out . Mickey Thompson and Hoosier makes them . I put a set of the Mickey Thompson radials on my 86 d150 truck and drove it in the rain with out any problems . FYI heads up John
