I used to work with one who looked just like her when we were both instructors on the evening shift at a truck driving school. She finally made a career driving double trailers for UPS. The first ten years of her career, the company would fire her on an annual basis (not sexist, management would do what they could to keep drivers from becoming full time with benefits.) She was tenacious, and eventually the suits backed off. When I got into trucking management, she used to work for me during the periods when she in arbitration. She was the best rail car unloader I ever had, ran circles around every guy.
