So we were just talking about this, lately I go to the office twice a week, Thrusday to sign payroll and Friday to make sure everything is tied up for the weekend, and my OM told me they collected $50 each employee that wanted to participate and she is going to buy the tickets, they got $550 together so I told her to take $550 from me and double their investment... You would think she would have been happy, but NO, she said "seriously, I have to buy all these tickets' and walked away... Oh well, try to be a nice guy, lol.. Although if she wins, I get half because I put in half the investment right? lol, just kidding, how amazing would that be, here talking about it and then one of us wins it, I would be SO happy for who ever it was....

FUNNY, I have the news on and they are showing LINES of people buying tickets, lol not sure where this is, but there is lines of people waiting to buy tickets... WOW, the balls all weigh as much as a super bowl ring, that is a weird comparison, lol, and they do the drawing in a vault 2 stories underground, lol... dos that make it safer??? too funny..

I will gamble, I will go to foxwoods and play black jack until its too late to drive home, and then spend my winnings on a suite, and we live a stones throw away, lol.. But I limit my losses, and wins, my wife is not a gambler at all, I actually watched her ask the dealer to "hit" a pair of jacks, lol, I am not making that up, she thought jacks were worth 7 points, and she is a VERY intelligent women, she has all kinds of radiation technology, therapy, etc degrees, lol just not a cars girl.. The dealer actually looked at me and I nodded no, and put my hand over hers, lol.. she just shrugged, like "ok, what ever, no hit then", so definitely can not leave her alone at the table...

Stood behind a guy tonight who had a hundred dollar bill in his hand and don't you know he hand picked almost every ticket. No random pick, did not fill out the cards ahead of time, took like fifteen minutes for him to recite each number to the cashier.
But I got mine. 800 mil at 6:00pm!
They were selling 125,000 every minute.

good point, did they post what the other non jackpot payouts are, does that even change as the jackpot changes? I know when you get the power ball you win something, is it more when the jp is 3/4 of a billion???

Yes its the highest so far. Wait till tomorrow and see how much more it gains. Like you said, if no one hits it Saturday. I'm wondering how many states are involved now. I'm thinking forty four.

If no one hits the $825M, I had heard on TV that the pot could hit $1.15B. Could you imagine? They also mentioned that a ****-pot-load of foreigners are buying tickets online (didn't know you could DO that!). Hop it stays here, whoever wins it.

Yup, I read an article not to long ago how a ton of them buy online and they do win obviously I don't think any have one this but smaller lotteries. Kinda crazy that its even legal.

Nah GTX, Its america ANYTHING is possible, A lot of people dont realize you could be a millionaire inside 15 years if you have good credit and know how to work...

I think they made a mistake on Wednesday's drawing, I know I had the winning numbers. :icon_lol: I heard on the 5:00 pm local news, that someone called the lottery office asking where/how to buy $20-30K in tickets.
