Why am I not receiving email notifications when someone sends me a pm??

I have noticed this happening for the past couple of weeks or so, both here and on FABO. On both sites the box is checked to do so in my preferences.

Have you tried logging out completely then logging back in?

Also, if this is on a phone, you need to do a hard restart every week to maintain certain services.

Also..... dare I say it....check your cookies......

Check your spam email folder sometimes they go there

Check your spam email folder sometimes they go there

Cleared cookies, logged out and then back in, checked spam folder., verified that the box is checked in my preferences. Still am not receiving an email notification when I get a pm, here or on FABO. Any other suggestions?
