So what will be a good master cylinder to have without the booster?
How would it be set up?

Application, 1976 Plymouth Volare manual front disk brakes (rear drums).
I am sure there are other applications that will work as well.
 
You will need A/B body disk brake spindles(and all the disk brake stuff). Get the disk brake proportioning valve. Get the disk brake master cylinder and bolt everything on your 66, enjoy.
