70 Charger Wheel & Tire setup:
front: 18 x 8, +2 offset, 5 x 114.3, 72.56mm hub
245/40/18
rear: 18 x 9.5. -4 offset, 5 x 114.3, 72.56mm hub
295/35/18

based on what I've read here seems like they will. Any concerns?

I don't use metric numbers, I don't go by offset either.
If you want to do the conversion, feel free. These are the numbers I have for my car. These fit.
Front: Ride height lower than stock.
18 x 9" with 4 3/4" back spacing. That is almost zero since the wheels measure 9 7/8" on the outside of the rim. 275-40-18" Nitto NT 05. These clear the body but the tires do touch the frame rails at each side at full left and full right. No damage, just bare steel since no paint can withstand being rubbed by the edge of the tire.
Rear: Ride height also lower than stock.
18 x 10" with 4 3/4" back spacing. That puts some offset to the outside. I had 295-45-18s from 2003 to 2023. They were taller than I liked and did rub the outer wheel tub bulge. I modified the wheel tubs for clearance. Later, I went with the 295-35-18s which were rated as being 2 1/2" shorter, 1 1/4" more clearance all around. These would have cleared the stock wheel tubs even though I am 1" lower than stock in the back.
