Window adjustment

Does anyone have any advise on how to adjust rear windows to mate up to door windows for convertibles?

It is all explained in the factory service manual pretty well.

Same as any. You need to tip the door glasses rear guide channel inward to make front and back glass the same angle. You may even need to tip the entire vent frame from inward, pending how it's fitting at the A pillar.
