I have a 70 RR htp. How are the window fuzzies replaced? Do you leave the window up & is there screws that hold them in place?

Chuck

Without a picture it is hard to explain. They clip down into door, you need to lower the window and sometimes you really need it a little lower and they get pried up.
There are slots in the door on the inner and outer that they snap/clip into.

Thank You for the info.

$_1.JPGFound a good picture online for you.

Look at these clips, they look like a capital "M". The middle part of the "M" slips into the slots in the inner and out door frame to secure them

Thanks again Ron, you've been very helpful.

Just to add, the rear inside cat whiskers were held in with thick staples from the factory. Most kits you buy will supply screws to use in replacement of the staples. Take the upper rear metal panel off to pry the folded over staple free. All others whiskers are just like described above. Good luck

I'm about to reinstall my quarter windows. Another consideration - if you have the chrome trim that parallels the window on the outside, it has to be secured to the outer door frame before the weather stripping is installed.

BTW, is it easier to install the glass first or the weatherstrip?
