This came out of a 67 Coronet RT 4-speed parts car I used to have. I do not see any numbers on it, maybe because the housing is so rusty? Not sure if it works either and I think it is just a two speed wiper but I do not know. It has the wiring harness 4-speed cars need for the back up light but the plastic part is a little melted. None-the-less lol it is hard to find. Free Shipping. $50,
