Wiper delay add-on

I found this vintage aftermarket accessory at an estate sale. Not only does it convert your wipers to intermittent, but it also has a headlight reminder, and a low wiper fluid indicator. The fluid indicator uses a unique method to sense the level. It required you to install two screws through the side of the reservoir with one of the screws being grounded and the other screw attached to the device. When the fluid is above the level of the two screws it completes the electrical circuit. When the level drops below the screws, the circuit is open and the warning light comes on.

Pretty neat find.
More than once I wished my 67 had wiper delay.
