Wiper motor wiring hassle

Hey everyone. I'm having trouble getting the wiper motor wired up correctly on my 71 Charger. Very little is original with this car being a resto-mod, so I'm more or less having to re-create the correct circuit to get this to work. The motor functions all work when bench testing (which I followed from this forum), but rigging it up using either of the two switches that the seller gave me with the car, following diagrams I found here, things aren't right. I'm not sure what to do and I could really use help. Thanks in advance!
