Wiper refill issue

How in the world do I remove this wiper blade without bending or breaking something? The frames came off the wiper arm easily enough. The refill however, is a different story.

Just squeeze the sides and it slides out. Its made like an arrow head. You may have to slightly bend the end to open it up.
