No auto park wiper motor on 68 Charger?

Let's get something straight first ... the switch is an absolute nightmare to get at once the dash is installed. Removing the bezel ... there's a good risk of damaging the dash pads. So, do every possible check on the motor BEFORE tackling the switch. That said, do you have the correct "3-speed" switch - it should have 4 positions: high, med, low and park ?? The correct wiper mechanism - 2 and 3 speed arm and cam on the motor are different.

Where should the dash switch be grounded? Frame? Can i run a separate ground wire from some place on the switch to a known good ground ?

What he was asking was if he added a wire from a good ground to the wiper switch, that would eliminate the switch not being grounded correctly. That way he would not have to remove the switch from the frame to check to see if it was grounded
